I worked with Kari for a remote reiki/energy healing session and it’s hard to put into words how special the experience was. Kari is a dear soul to me and I was more than familiar with her healing qualities but as this was my first remote session with anyone, I admittedly had some doubts about how it would work. Kari’s process is extremely efficient and comfortable. She provides the perfect balance of communication and independence so you can truly receive this work in any setting. I was able to set some time to relax in solitude and within 10 minutes of our session I felt the exact same type of presence Kari emanates in person. I entered into a deep relaxation and felt a sense of peace I was hoping for. However, what happened when I listened to her audio notes is what has set this experience apart from none other. Going into Reiki, I knew little to nothing about it but that it was a type of energy work. I had been in therapy, and felt I needed something to assist me in my healing journey in addition to talk therapy. I went into the session with Kari with an open mind but not knowing what to expect. Working with Kari has been one of the biggest blessings since I have moved to Winston-Salem. We met at a cacao ceremony, something I had never done and had a million questions about since I had never signed a health waiver before eating a Hershey’s bar before, but she answered all my questions and I realized I was worried for no reason at all and was in store for something beyond wonderful. It was such an enlightening ceremony and the environment was so welcoming. I decided after that to work with Kari one on one for reiki sessions and… wow. Reiki with Kari is unlike any other reiki session I’ve had. She is educated in so many different spiritual theories (light energy, archangels, spirit guides, past life, ancestral work, soul contracts) that you get so much information from so many different areas that it’s really wonderful to explore so many paths after your session and how it was meant to be received. On top of that, we never just immediately hop on the table and let the energy take over, which I personally adore. We unpack how each session resonated over the time since our last session, get spiritually psychological over all that has been going on, and set an intention for what the physical body needs in addition to the mind body. It is also very much a two-way session that leads to beautiful conversations after the table work of what we each experienced and how it is interpreted for my path. Kari is so lovely and so generously gracious with her time and energy. I cannot wait for all the work we continue to do together, and could not recommend her enough!

Session with Kari was amazing, unexpected and absolutely magical. I am a healer myself and I attended sessions of many psychic healers who worked in different modalities and even though I had reiki and light language experiences before I must admit that Kari’s healing style is totally unique and inspiring while her energy is deeply healing by itself apart of any modalities she uses or will ever use. I deeply resonated with Kari’s visions that she shared during the session and I believe that these visions activated my intuition and clairvoyance on a newer level and had a life changing meaning for me. I had an online session but I felt us being in the same space which is safe and full of love, and I once again received the confirmation that there are no limits or borders for light and healing, the session was just as effective as if we were at the same room. I also felt that the healing energies were 100% saved in the recording of the session and I was listening quietly to the session recording on repeat during sleep during following week receiving even more healing from our connection. When I looked into Kari’s eyes I felt like we were friends for centuries and felt completely safe with her, but somehow I didn’t tell her the intention I had for the session, I wrote it down but never showed it to Kari. After the session I realized I don’t feel any drama or lower energies around my intention, and it started to manifest in my physical life very quickly, I didn’t have any expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised to look at my situation in a month and observe how far I came with Kari’s precious support.

After having experienced session with Kari myself, I offered my husband to have a session with Kari too. Before meeting Kari I didn’t know how physical traumas received in childhood may be stored in bones and DNA while connected to psychological limitations we got from our family lineage, so I was grateful that Kari highlighted this information in her Instagram, it gave us a lot of insights and I felt this was a sign for my husband to let go the childhood trauma that was bothering him all of his life. My beloved was excited to take that chance and in the end he benefited from the session more than he expected to. He saw what limitation was attached to this trauma, he was able to let go both the dramatic experience and the negative program connected to it, he felt free, strong and light. His decision making became faster and self confidence boosted. I am really happy to observe my husband accepting his body more after transmuting the energy of trauma, because that is what I wish for all the people especially the ones I love the most. Healing with Kari is deep, awesome and suitable for all, it’s soft, loving, easy digestible and grounds quickly into physical reality.
